The way I work

I am committed to offering my clients support with their issues, by helping them to think differently, consider new perspectives on past and present matters of concern. From this basis we work together towards building confidence to explore personal goals and journey along new/different skills pathways to build emotional resilience/strength and in the process change unhelpful patterns of behaviour, and move forward in life.

I work in an encouraging and collaborative way to suit individual needs. I work with individuals on a wide range of issues, offering counselling, psychotherapy, coaching and mentoring to people over 18.

Bespoke coaching/mentoring packages covering a range of skills (for individuals) can be compiled on request.

I welcome telephone and/or brief e mail enquiries. I offer a 30 minute free confidential telephone conversation (appointment only) during which we can briefly discuss your issues of concern. There is no commitment to continue if you do not feel I am the right person to help you. However I may be able to offer suggestions for alternative ways to help you.
